The higher amounts sometimes make my heart flutter a bit, and that's a little concerning. These lozenges do help even though they're the lower dose. The key, though, when quitting smoking or any other habit, is you have to really, really want to. If you don't make up your mind that you're going to do it, all the lozenges in the world won't help.

So, we were both interested in trying them in hopes it might help with our cravings to want to smoke cigarettes. In the hopes of it did work that I would purchase more to help him quit. I can quit cold turkey whenever. Well let me tell you these lozenges were the absolute worse. They cause a burning sensation in the back of your throat. They taste absolutely awful. I got super nauseous that I spit out the lozenge after just having it my mouth for a couple of minutes. I would not recommend this to anyone looking to quit smoking. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I’m not sure if we both had just weird experiences or if this happens to everyone. But I would definitely be cautious with this product.

I feel like I can discreetly have one in my mouth without everyone knowing. Plus they're easy to take with you. I have been having less cravings to smoke. I love mint flavor and these are basically like eating candy. Right now using I'm using the 4mg. and hope to be lowering the 2mg. soon. Hoping for the best!

You would think seeing my Mother In Law dragging her oxygen tank around because of smoking would be enough but no. He says he can't give it up without help. Fine, here's the help. Use whatever you need to quit. There is not one good reason to smoke. I know. I smoked 25 years and quit by having my throat cut and a trachea tube inserted. These are a much better ways to quit. Use them. Do whatever it takes to quit so we don't become oxygen buddies. I beg you, use this product. You will never regret it.

To work better you should follow the instructions given and the steps required to for the product to be most effective. The 2 mg nicotine is for light smokers so be aware of the amount of nicotine needed to be successful in your journey.

You gradually step down in amount over the course of time.  I think as with any bad habit the first couple of weeks are the hardest. It has a pleasant mint taste making it super easy to take. Overall I am very satisfied. Great product
