I recently changed jobs and there is no smoking anywhere on campus. I was nervous how I’d react, but I’ve been wanting to quit anyways. I thought it’s great that I’ll not have the opportunity and it’s help but there are some afternoons it feels like torture and I’ll say being able to have this lozenge has significantly helped me from thinking about it and getting back to being productive! I discontinued them because of that. I may have had a small reaction to them but I'm sure they may work well for others. They were packaged nice and the lozenges were of normal size. They also come in other milligrams for those who may have a stronger addiction to cigarettes.

I quit many years ago and just started a plan due to the urge to start again. I have purchase mint 2 mg lozenges from a different brand and I found the cherry 4 mg had a better taste and way better after taste plus the 4 mg lozenge works way better compared to the 2 mg lozenges I was already using. I have since purchased these again and will continue to for as long as I need. I would highly recommend trying these to curb that urge but be careful because the flavor makes it hard not to use constantly.
