The tablets are about the size of a tic tac. The cherry flavor is not too much. They are super easy to take. They do seem to curb some of my cravings.

They taste okay, but the nicotine always leaves an aftertaste. They are have a chalky texture. They have really helped curve my cravings. I would recommend this product.

The lozenges are much better! They have a nice minty taste, are easy to carry in the small vials containers. It's easy to just "pop one in". I have been trying to quit smoking on and off for years now and have yet to be able to kick this nasty habit for good. Unfortunately the flavor of these lozenges was terrible to me. They also left a burning sensation in my mouth that I did not like at all. As far as being able to tell if the nicotine in the lozenges worked or not. I did no longer want to go out and have a cigarette after trying a lozenge instead so maybe another flavor would work better for me.
