This is gonna be a pretty long review because I really want to describe my experience with this product as well as possible. 1st of all I was expecting them to taste awful, and they actually have a decent cherry taste, but they're also quite peppery and I got a sensation in my mouth like I blew out a match and laid it on my tongue while it was still warm and it was quite unpleasant. After having the lozenge in my mouth for a minute it really started dissolving and the liquid from that happening was very substantial. As it pooled up in my mouth I immediately got the urge to swallow it but that is a big no no. The directions say to swallow as little as possible but you're also not supposed to spit it out, so it's really quite the conundrum and I ended up basically being forced to swallow it out of a lack of any other choice. A few seconds after I did my throat actually swelled up quite a bit and it was pretty alarming, really. But I kept with it and let it dissolve completely and the burning and tingling and throat swelling sensation slowly went away thank goodness. I was concerned there for a minute, lol. Afterwards my mouth was super, super, dry. About 20 minutes after taking the lozenge I really did feel quite a bit of relief from the nicotine cravings I had been having. I had forced myself to go without smoking for several hours before I took it and I have been smoking at least a pack of cigarettes a day since I was about 12 and I'm 42 now so I was experiencing a whole lot of irritation, difficulty concentrating, restlessness, and anxiety. It was such a good feeling for those things to kinda go away that the bad experience I had of actually taking the lozenge was worth it. I've been sticking with it and taking several of them a day for a little over 2 months and I amazingly haven't smoked not even one cigarette, that's how effective these things are. He said the mint flavor mini lozenges was just ok but did not like it as much as his regular brand name. He'd probably try it again if his was not available.

These work absolutely wonderful to fulfill the craving of wanting a cigarette. These are helping me cut down and stop smoking all the way. They are a small piece but jam packed with flavor. They have a nice soft texture and the flavor last a long time. I have been able to cut down from 6 cigarettes a day to 3 now so far. This will help me get to the finish line of smoking zero cigarettes. I get to enjoy fresh breathe and hold cravings back while doing so with these. Extremely happy I decided to try them.

The flavor is slightly sweet. I didn't care for how quickly they dissolved in my mouth, so I didn't feel like they satisfied my need to smoke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having quit smoking several years ago I use both lozenges and gum to keep the desires at bay. These deliver a good dose of nicotine for those tougher cravings. The cherry ice flavor is cooling and a nice change from mint.

They are small, almost similar to a tic tac which isn't too bad and the flavor is not horrible like some lozenges I have tried in the past. I am going to continue to use and see if I can finally quit smoking this time!
