I have not been a heavy smoker but most days I was at an average of a half a pack a day. Before using these, I was down to an average of 5 cigarettes per day. I do not like the smell anymore on my hair and clothing. Plus my health is more important now.I usually do not smoke my first cigarette until about an hour after waking up. So I was matched with this 2mg tablet. I am in day 3 of No cigarettes and I feel super confident I can finally kick this old habit. I take one of these tablets maybe every 2 hours and especially if I am getting a craving. The mint flavor takes getting used to but is pleasant. They can take around 15 minutes to fully dissolve because you need to avoid drinking before or during the process for best results. Overall I am very impressed and this exact brand and flavor will be my go to. Highly recommend this method!

They are for smokers who do not have their first cigarette more than 30 minutes after waking up. I like the mint flavor, it's not overwhelming like some peppermint's. I wanted to quit smoking for a very long time, but I delayed everything. On day X, I decided to quit not in the morning, but in the afternoon, so the most difficult time for canceling was at night and in the morning it was a little easier. It has a rather specific taste, but not at all nasty. At first it seemed that it wasn’t helping, but I began to gasp for air deeply, as if I was smoking, my throat was twitching slightly, it looked like, so after a couple of minutes of such fun, the panic passed ... wait out periods of panic and that's it, not for long, from 5 to 15 minutes, and lollipops in this for me turned out to be a huge helper! I used it for 2 weeks, gradually reducing the amount. Now I do without them. I really recommend it to those who decide to give up their nasty habit! I decided to try the nicotine lozenges because the gum gave me the worst hiccups that never stopped. The lozenges are pretty good. They are cherry ice so it was an odd Flavor to me but it absolutely did the job and helped remarkably well,fast, too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These lozenges work okay but I really did not care for them too much. They made me feel a little queasy when I took them. I discontinued them because of that. I may have had a small reaction to them but I'm sure they may work well for others. They were packaged nice and the lozenges were of normal size. They also come in other milligrams for those who may have a stronger addiction to cigarettes.
