I have found that these lozenges have been extremely helpful on my journey to quit smoking and stay quit. They are very convenient the way they are packaged in tubes so I can have them readily available in my desk drawer, car console or toss them in my purse. They do work as a stop smoking aid but as anyone knows it’s very hard. For me I’m taking it slow. Baby steps. And trying hard. I do find myself sneaking though but I get better as time goes on. It does fill the nicotine urge but I have other addictions with smoking that’s still a whole other world such as hand to mouth. That’s the hard thing and I’m used to it. These are 4 mg so if you smoke with in the first 30 of waking up you’ll want this mg. Plus it comes with plenty to last. They still taste fresh.
