He said the mint flavor mini lozenges was just ok but did not like it as much as his regular brand name. He'd probably try it again if his was not available.

I thought it was just too much nicotine for me but I tried taking them less often as well as tried taking half of one at a time and I just couldn't handle them.

The first one I tried I was unsure, I continued smoking for another week and was worried I would really struggle trying to quit. I gave them another try & they totally killed my cravings! He says the mints are too strong and burned, probably the mint but might have been irritated also by the nicotine. He didn't feel they were convenient bc carrying them for use during cravings made him focus on smoking, whereas patches keeps them away and helps you brain to not had have much psychological need. He did say that a few times he still needed a little extra though and it did help with cravings. Ultimately has not quit yet though and says it works well for temporary relief from cravings, but not cessation

The cherry flavor is a little less than the full size lozenges but they still taste great.
