The taste is nice it has a cherry mint flavor to me. Has it helped me at first it was to strong i did have to get Used to it. What i mean is at first i could bo the whole lonzenges at first even tho they are small. It did make me feel sick at first dont know why. So i waited a few day to try again and again i felt sick. So overall i couldnt finish them to try anymore. I am guving 3 stars because the taste is great but my body couldn't handle them

They are cheaper than many alternative and do a great job at curbing my appetite for nicotine. The taste is pretty decent, but it doesn't last as long as I wished it would. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster and Member's Mark in exchange for my honest review and I'm so glad I did. This is gonna be a pretty long review because I really want to describe my experience with this product as well as possible. 1st of all I was expecting them to taste awful, and they actually have a decent cherry taste, but they're also quite peppery and I got a sensation in my mouth like I blew out a match and laid it on my tongue while it was still warm and it was quite unpleasant. After having the lozenge in my mouth for a minute it really started dissolving and the liquid from that happening was very substantial. As it pooled up in my mouth I immediately got the urge to swallow it but that is a big no no. The directions say to swallow as little as possible but you're also not supposed to spit it out, so it's really quite the conundrum and I ended up basically being forced to swallow it out of a lack of any other choice. A few seconds after I did my throat actually swelled up quite a bit and it was pretty alarming, really. But I kept with it and let it dissolve completely and the burning and tingling and throat swelling sensation slowly went away thank goodness. I was concerned there for a minute, lol. Afterwards my mouth was super, super, dry. About 20 minutes after taking the lozenge I really did feel quite a bit of relief from the nicotine cravings I had been having. I had forced myself to go without smoking for several hours before I took it and I have been smoking at least a pack of cigarettes a day since I was about 12 and I'm 42 now so I was experiencing a whole lot of irritation, difficulty concentrating, restlessness, and anxiety. It was such a good feeling for those things to kinda go away that the bad experience I had of actually taking the lozenge was worth it. I've been sticking with it and taking several of them a day for a little over 2 months and I amazingly haven't smoked not even one cigarette, that's how effective these things are. I really dislike the taste of cough syrup and would only recommend the mint flavors to anyone with the same disposition toward cough syrup as me.
