Love being able to use it as an iron and that it doesn't spit out hot water. Good grip. Being able to lock the trigger in ON position is a plus. Heats up quickly. Easy to fill. Seems to work well.

I’ve only used it one time, but I’m impressed. I heated up fast. The steam is consistent. While I have not tried the “pressing” flat feature, I like that option n

Have only used it once so far. It worked well and didn’t leak. Wish I could fill the water reservoir directly from the sink instead of needing the measuring cup spout.

We got this steamer to replace an older steamer we had. It is a lot better, in that it covers a lot larger space than the older one and it is easier to setup and use.

I bought this a year ago and only just now needed it. I was on a work trip and stuck with wrinkled clothes because the steamer would get hot, but no steam would come out. The button just kept making a loud clicking noise.
