It needs to be lighter and cordless would be awesome

Overall for the money it is good. But I wish it got a little warmer.

Getting ready to try it out for the first time!

I am awful at ironing but this works great for me.

Not as powerfull as I hoped. Have to go over over one area and still don't get all the wrinkles out.

I got a different model over a year ago, it lasted less than a year and a half, and of course now is out of warranty

Quickly heated up and took out wrinkles with ease. I am not a person who uses an iron and it was easy for me.

Lightweight. No dripping. Steam flows from any position. Easy to fill. Cordless is the only improvement I'd suggest.

… nozzle that is in the back of the water container, constantly comes out when you refill the container so you lose the water you put in!

Honestly this is the only brand I've found that works for garment steamers! I use my steamer daily and I use one packet about every other month. I've had my steamer for 6 years and I believe these have greatly helped keep it running.
