Love the steamer! Watching the wrinkles disappear is like magic. It's so easy to use and I'm not worried about burning the fabric like I am when I use an iron. It does get wrinkles out of denim but if you like that ‘crisp' look around the pocket flaps and edges you will have to got over those spots with an iron. Other than that I think this product is amazing!

This thing really works! Unlike other so-called “steamers” that I've tried in the past, this steamer actually puts out a high volume of steam, which is what you need for getting rid of wrinkles. I just bought four new shirts that had creases from being folded for shipping. Instead of having to iron each one, I just used this steamer on them. Each one took only about two minutes, if that long, and they were as smooth as if they'd just been ironed. I did have to refill the tank a couple of times to do all four shirts, but I take that as a good indication that it's putting out a high volume of steam and doing the job. I highly recommend this steamer.

Initially skeptical, but this steamer is excellent! During the first use, the powerful steam knocked out wrinkles with just a pass or two. And zero water spots. Hadn't tried the horizontal feature bc I don't wanna iron {why I chose a steamer but may come in handy}. Definitely recommend!

Great Steamer – Quick and Easy to Use! I'm very happy with this steam press! It heats up quickly and does a great job removing wrinkles without having to pull out the ironing board. It's easy to use, produces plenty of steam, and works well on different types of clothing. I also love that it can be used vertically or horizontally. It's very convenient for quick touch-ups and saves me a lot of time. Definitely a great purchase and I would highly recommend it!

I wish I had this steamer when I was managing retail clothing stores; it puts out copious amounts of steam and heats up quickly. The only downfall is filling the reservoir takes a bit of time due to the small opening.

I like my new steamer very much! I like the way it handles and that it can go from a steamer to an iron if needed. It's too heavy to pack for a trip but would love to know if you make a travel one.

I had a previous steamer of a different brand that worked exceedingly well, but I accidentally broke it so needed another one. I was really excited to try this steamer because of the sleek design. I am a bit disappointed in this new steamer. I love the design, makes it easier to hold it and control the steaming; however, it takes a long time to heat up, it is not effective at steaming the clothes to remove the wrinkles, and in order to get the desired effect of removing the wrinkles, the clothing is damped when you're finished. Additionally, it is difficult to drain the container that stores the water. After usage, there is remaining water in the bottom of the bottle after draining that you have to let evaporate over time in order to remove it. I tried this on two different types of material and the result was the same for both. I eventually got the wrinkles out, but it took some effort and I had to let the clothing air dry before I could use it.

This hand held steam iron did not work very well. I used it with several different garments that were wrinkled and of various materials. I saw about a 25% improvement at best and in order to get to 50% improvement I had to steam so heavily that the clothing got damp and had to be air or fluff dried. Also it seemed to take a long time just to make that much progress. For the amount of effort and lack of results I would say one star is generous.

I received this product and of course it doesn’t work. I called the customer service personnel and they’re sending me a replacement tank which I have yet to receive.

I just got this out of the box and very disappointed. It does not suck the water up through the line to create steam.
