I had issues with my power steamer. Customer service was excellent. They responded quickly to my complaint with a solution. I love their customer service and products. I highly recommend their products.

Lightweight. No dripping. Steam flows from any position. Easy to fill. Cordless is the only improvement I'd suggest.

Quickly heated up and took out wrinkles with ease. I am not a person who uses an iron and it was easy for me.

The steamer seemed promising at first, but then it randomly slows down and starts to die even though the water chamber is full and it has only been powered on for 1-2min. Not a very good investment.

I love the design & the powerful steam it gives off. The extra accessories are nice to have as well. The cord is generously sized. I gave it 4 stars as the water reservoir is difficult to fill with such a tiny opening.

This steamer is meeting my expectations and then some. It is very sturdy and easy to hold in the hand. Easy to fill with or without the included measuring cup. Steam is ready within 60 seconds after tapping the power button and I didn't detect any spitting or leaking when holding it horizontally to use. I believe this was a good choice.

Fantastic little gadget !!! Better than using an iron. Wrinkles disappear in an instant no buttons to burn or work around just super easy and fast. Its great for travel 123 nomore wrinkly clothes. Its a great item for the whole family but especially mothers!!! Thank you sooo much for making it easy to get wrinkles out of my clothes!!!
