With the cost of manual toothbrushes anymore, I'm glad I only have to purchase the heads. They clean my teeth well and they spin to get them extra clean. I really like this brush head set for them. They are firm enough that it really feels like your teeth are getting really clean. I always do the extra 30 seconds just on my front teeth as well and it feels great after.
