The replacement heads come four to a pack, and although they are a bit more expensive, they are worth it. The Oral-B iO Ultimate Clean electric toothbrush head delivers a superior clean with its twisted and angled bristles, effectively removing plaque and leaving teeth feeling smooth and gums feeling healthy. Another great feature I love is that the bristles turn white from blue when they need to be changed. Overall, they are great quality, and durable, and my teeth are so much cleaner than other similar options I have used.

These brush heads are the best.They are very easy to put on the toothbrush when you have to replace it. And the circular head is such a great fit in my mouth .Best of all the circular motion from the brush head feels so soft on my gums and teeth .It also leaves my mouth and teeth feeling so nice and clean every use. And 2 count package last me half of a year. I am so happy with these brush heads.
