Fits like it's supposed to and does the job. It cleans my teeth and gums really well, definitely recommend this. The value is great just for the simple fact you get two!

Been using the iO7 for about a year and love it. What disappoints me is the brush head. Purchased the package of 6 from Sam's and every single one has broke within a month. There is a tiny piece of plastic with a magnet attached inside the head that breaks off. I do not drop them, or hit them against the sink. I am very gentle with them. I'm on my last brush head and needing to purchase more. Hope the Oral-b rep read this and take my suggestion back to the design board to make the internal pieces stronger. They are too expensive to have to replace every month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to receive these toothbrush heads. I’ve been using my IOS Oral B toothbrush for years and I love it. Every six months my Dental Hygienist always give me compliments on my teeth. The brush gets in between your teeth very good. They are pretty expensive for two I was ecstatic to receive four. Thank you so much Influenster.

These brush heads have completely elevated my oral care routine from mundane to genuinely enjoyable. Each morning and night, I'm rewarded with that unmistakable dentist-clean feeling that simply wasn't possible before. The technology in these refills works perfectly with my iO handle, delivering those micro-vibrations that somehow manage to clean every hard-to-reach spot while being remarkably gentle on my sensitive gums. My teeth not only feel cleaner, but they actually look noticeably brighter since making these part of my daily routine. Yes, they're a bit of an investment compared to standard brush heads, but the difference in quality is immediately apparent—and my dentist has confirmed my oral health improvements weren't just in my imagination! For anyone who already appreciates these gems like we do, you know they're absolutely worth every penny for that unbeatable fresh-from-the-dentist feeling at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Oral-B iO Ultimate Clean Replacement Brush Heads deep cleans between teeth and along the gumline. It’s super gentle bristles and only compatible with the iO line. It’s a bit pricey but of coarse you get quality with these brush heads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Oral-B iO Deep Clean Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush, and it's been a game changer for my oral care routine! These heads work perfectly with the Oral-B iO Series toothbrush and are superior to standard ones, with a gentle yet effective bristle design that's comfortable on gums. They fit well, last a long time before needing to be replaced, and provide a thorough clean. Yes, they are pricey in comparison to some others BUT they’re excellent value for money spent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To experience this product, I had to buy an additional electric toothbrush because I didn't have time to claim the full set. But this was a wise decision because of the great and convenient uses that the Oral-B electric toothbrush brings. Strong vibration but does not cause pain, helps clean plaque and protect teeth cleanly. Compact handle, does not slip. The price is a bit high but the quality is excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Oral-B iO brush heads are amazing. I’ve been using them for a while now, and they leave my teeth feeling super clean every time. The bristles are gentle but effective, and I love how they fit perfectly on my iO handle. The 4-pack is super convenient – I don’t have to worry about running out anytime soon. Definitely recommend if you want to keep your smile fresh and healthy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Oral-B iO Ultimate toothbrush delivers a superior clean with AI-guided feedback, pressure sensors, and a sleek design. Compared to regular Oral-B brushes, it offers enhanced features but at a higher price. Pros: advanced tech, effective cleaning, and user-friendly interface. Cons: expensive and requires app integration. Despite the cost, I would purchase it again for its exceptional performance.
