The feeling of clean teeth and healthy gums should be the goal of your toothbrush. Buying this is a great start towards that goal, toothpaste and floss are the rest. Assuming you have a toothbrush to attach this to!

I use whitening toothpaste, and at this point I can't say whether these heads make my teeth look whiter as I've only been using for a couple weeks, but I like the heads and will continue to use whether they whiten or not. They're similar to other whitening toothbrushes, but they're designed for power toothbrushes, so I assume they'll work better than others. Give them a try, they work good and are comfortable, not too hard on my teeth or gums.
