I used to buy tortellini at the grocery store before I found this one. Needed a contribution for a picnic with 50 or so attendees. Made a huge cold tortellini salad with just about every veggie known to man and a Good Seasons Dressing. It did not stick together during cooking like some others. Very tasty. It was a popular choice at the picnic and the hostess said she never thought to use tortellini in a pasta salad before! So, another convert. : ) PS: Of course, I tasted it after cooking and before chilling, also very good hot!

Yummy cheese tortellini. So fast and easy to cook up for a weeknight dinner. My son despises cheese but loves this with some grilled chicken and pesto sauce.
