The packaging is made of flimsy plastic and as soon as you hold it over the pot of boiling water it almost melts in your hand making it difficult to get the tortellini into the pot as the packing crumbles. The pasta was good, but not as cheesy as other brands I have purchased.

This product has been a staple in our household for over two years now. It was an easy to fix meal and the quality was great. Easily and usually a 5-star rating. So WHY the 1-star rating? Because recently, Sam's changed the size of the shells themselves, and this changed the amount of filling and the overall taste (where there isn't that balance; just taste like pasta now). Why is it that corporations have to change their products by reducing the size or changing the formula of something that before was perfect. IF you need to raise the price, fine. But don't raise it (if you did) and also reduce the size of the actual size of the shells, filling. You absolutely ruined a terrific product. Now we will have to get our prepackaged pasta at one of the other stores (where it is readily available). But Member's Mark Tortellini WAS one of the best out there. I'm very disappointed in Sam's over this.

My grandchild love tortellini, so I bought two of these. Mind you, these boys eat a lot. After serving the first one to them, they would not eat it. Said it tasted funny and not in a good way. These boys eat everything, so I knew something was wrong. I sent an email to Sam's and called. No return email or call. I threw the second package away because the boys refused to even try it again.

First time I bought these they were a big hit. I made a pasta salad for a big picnic party. Second time, one half was great, the other was moldy. I didn't notice till I got home. I tried to pick out the moldy ones, but the rest still smelled moldy. Don't know how that happened, it was many weeks before the "use by" date. The package was still sealed all around. Just Buyer Beware. I will buy them again for sure, but I will examine them first.

I love having the tortellini on hand, freezes great, and makes quick easy meals.
