We love this. We make it with a tomato sauce or with a little oil and lots of cooked vegetables. Our grandchildren love this tortellini too and beg us to make it if they see it in our refrigerator.

Fresh & delicious. I made sausage soup with this product. It was very good. Although next time I will not follow recipe because being made fresh they (pasta) do not swell as big as the frozen type of tortellini.
