The safe meets most expectations. Its heavy but one would expect it to be in order to do what is says. Happy with my purchase except for the fact the lock seems a little unstable and does not work with great ease. Feel it should have a better lock.

Replaced a smaller SentrySafe with this unit. Fairly heavy safe and wouldn't want to carry it very far. I have placed it on a small rolling dolly for ease of pulling out from the closet. Nice to be able have my hanging files in it!

I have had the product a few weeks, and am very pleased with my purchase. The size for the price cant be matched. Holds my papers perfectly with room left for hard drives & family treasures. Hope I never get to test out the fire/waterproof feature.

Absolute junk do not buy straight out of the box. The key barely works. If I have to leave one star Review will, but they do not deserve that. This would be a zero star rating if I had a chance

Purchased to safely store important documents inside the home and also as a fire safe. Works great. Recommend to others in lieu of a larger home safe.

Disappointed twice. First time lock came broken, returned it and it took three months to get a replacement which still has its lock broken. Would not recommend buying this product.

I was impressed it was very heavy and sterdy. but I got disappointed when I opened the box and there was no key, and nowhere to hang files like shown in the picture, ALSO the opening latch was in lock position but was bent to the side from shipping.

Bought this safe. Carried home. Heavy for a single mom. Keys inside and it will not open!! Watched YouTube, got my brother and brother in law to help ...no one can get it open. Not cool.

It was cheaper buying online saved around ten dollars did not come in box like @ the store but was new out of a box I recommend especially when you get it cheaper.

If you are looking to protect your valuable papers and CD's this is an excellent product. It holds lots of paperwork and there is still plenty of room for a CD holder for your photo CD's.
