I did much research before I made my purchase. Based on reviews and word of mouth from a security company owner I purchased the Sentry file safe. Wish it was a combination not a key. If we ever have fire my opinion may change my mind.

I purchased three of them at $ 40.00 each, what a great buy. I doubt I would have purchased on(1) at the original price mainly because my budget and needs would not allow for it. The quality is outstanding.

I love the safe, it is plenty deep and wide enough for files and other items that I need protected. Would recommend this safe to any person needing this type of protection

Bought this for my mother and she is elated. So am I, I priced these all different places and this was definitely the best value, most places were double this cost for the same safe. Very good quality.

I like this product, but it did show up at my door missing keys to lock/unlock the fire safe. Walmart support was helpful in shipping a replacement fire safe in a timely manner.

I am very happy with my purchase of the Sentry Safe Model 1170! I think it is a good value for the money. I would prefer for the interior of the safe to be a little bigger but overall it is good for what I needed it for.

1170 is Perfect size for larger documents and all legal papers . Our little one 1100 we have had for years is used for passports, and other travel related stuff

It’s a nice safe, however, the keys that it came with do not fit the lock perfectly. I have to force the key all the way into the slot and then use force to turn the key. The key does open it, but there’s definitely something not right with it.

Purchased one for each of our children as they begin to live on their own. As a young adult, they move frequently and this safe is perfect for them to keep track of the important items they do not want to misplace.
