My husband loves corned beef, and this was up to his exacting standards. Be sure to add a Coke —regular or diet — to the cooking water, and you will get fork-tender meat.

This Corned Beef was tasty and well-butchered so there weren't major chunks of fat that some less expensive brands have. It cut well with little to no gristle. Always nice to have left-overs.

Was a good cut of meat, I have slow cookies then in the past and slow roasted in the oven. I made this in the pressure cooker and it was amazing. Cooked cabbage in its drippings.

Corned beef- members mark brand. Cooked in crock pot on high for 8 hrs. Came out very similar Yi other named brand corned beef. Less salty. Guests preferred this brand.
