Brisket was half fat. Very disappointing. Past purchase of brisket was great. Easy to slice for sandwiches. This one had so much fat a lot was wasted. $25 was diffentialy pricey for results.

Bought this for my dad’s 88th birthday dinner on St. Patrick’s Day. Prepared it on the pressure cooker with beef broth and several family members that had never eaten it before loved it and asked me to fix it again soon. Very tender and flavorful.
