So glad I found these at Sam's. Normally I would purchase this at my local grocery store but for some reason they have been out lately. I started thinking outside of the box and took a chance at Sam's Club in desperation to find it for one of my two times a year this is a required item for special meals. What luck it finding it here! They were nice cuts of meat with just the right amount of fat without being overly fatty so it gave my dish a nice rich flavor. I will now make this my first stop when I look for corned beef in the future.

Normally I make my own corned beef. This year I decided to try this premade version. I was surprised at how wonderful it was. The brine was excellent and the finished dinner on the table was close, if not better, than my homemade. I'm looking forward to another Corned Beef Brisket.

This Corned Beef Brisket was priced competitively compared to other stores plus it was leaner and full of flavor! Can't wait to bake up a batch of marble rye Dinner Rolls and then use our leftovers Corned Beef to make homemade Reuben Sliders to be enjoyed while watching the NCAA Final Four games next weekend!!

My husband cooked the corn beef in the crockpot with vegetables and cabbage. It was tender and delicious and made a great Reuben sandwich the next day.

We recently picked one of these up. It was delicious!!! So much so that we wished we had cooked two. Please note: these shrink quite a bit. But the flavor was excellent. We even picked two more up just today!

You get part of both halves of the corned beef with this product - point and flat halves. However, its price is less than half of what you'll find at major grocery stores. This actually makes corned beef a great meal choice all year long.

I ALWAYS get one of these for St Paddy;s Day and do the traditional thing with cabbage; but the good stuff is in the leftovers and I have corned beef hash as well as reuben or whatever sammiches. I just wish they'd label them with either "point" or "flat". Just my 2 cents.

I normally only buy this brand of corned beef brisket to make. It is usually very good, with minimal fat, but this one had over 1 lb of fat on a 3 lb brisket. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. If I wasn't going to make it the day I bought it, I would have brought it back, but I had to cook it that night. Fortunately, one person was a no show for dinner, so we had enough, but it was disappointing to say the least. I will try buying another one, but if it is like this last one, I will be bringing it back for a refund.

We paid more than twice the going price for this and the “quality “ was extremely poor. I purchased a Cooks brand for less than $4 per pound and it was far better quality. Won't do that again.

This meat was very tough and very fat, probably the worst corned beef I ever have had. I usually get a name brand from Winco for my St Patrick's corned beef and cabbage meal, but thought I would save some money at Sam's, and Sam's usually has pretty good quality, but not in this case.
