Ii am used to kosher New York AND Chicago style corned beef. This meat product is pretty darn good!! I do not like to corn beef, although I did it in the past, and this product gives me what I want for a great meal of corned beef, sauerkraut, black or seeded Jewish rye and a good mustard!!

It's St. Patrick's Day anytime when this corned beef brisket is slow cooked with cloves, cinnamon sticks, beer and little red potatoes.

It shrunk so much. More than half it's size. I bought it to feed 2 people and it shrunk to the amount to feed 2 and half people. It was mostly water. Very disappointing 😞 I won't be buying it anymore. I haven't had problems like this with other cuts of meat so far but this is going to make me think twice.

I’ve made this corned beef brisket before. This was the worst cut I have ever had. It was 90% fat and even after cutting off as much as possible on the top, bottom and an inch strip of fat in the middle, we still couldn’t get all of the fat throughout it. Now our tummies are paying the price and the rest will be in the trash!

I have purchased this before. Never much issue but tends to be pretty fatty. I purchased this 2 weeks ago. 3 pounds on the weight… with juices. I trimmed off over 1 1/2 pounds fat that wasn’t able to be seen when inspected. Unsure I will purchase again.

Very good cut of meat. Minimal shrinkage and made prefect even slices.
