Ii am used to kosher New York AND Chicago style corned beef. This meat product is pretty darn good!! I do not like to corn beef, although I did it in the past, and this product gives me what I want for a great meal of corned beef, sauerkraut, black or seeded Jewish rye and a good mustard!!
