Way too small and extremely fatty

Price point was good so gave it a try. We sous vide the brisket then glazed %26 smoked. Omg … delicious. Definitely doing this one again.

A few hours in a smoker, wrapped in foil (low and slow heat) will produce a delicious tender, flavorful corned beef brisket. You will not be sorry.

This corned beef is sweet. It's not supposed to be sweet. Have to eat it because of the price paid, but will definitely not buy again.

It was good, I had the seasoned Corn Beef it did not shrink much and was very Juicy as well, I cooked it in my Crock pot
