Member's Mark Choice Corned Beef Brisket, priced per pound

This corned beef is sweet. It's not supposed to be sweet. Have to eat it because of the price paid, but will definitely not buy again.

Awful

We cooked the corned beef on a bed of sliced canbage in a Dutch oven after searing all sides. Added no liquid. Absolutely moist and tender.

No liquid cooked corn beef.

A few hours in a smoker, wrapped in foil (low and slow heat) will produce a delicious tender, flavorful corned beef brisket.  You will not be sorry.

Try it "smoked"...

It was good, I had the seasoned Corn Beef it did not shrink much and was very Juicy as well, I cooked it in my Crock pot

Almost inedible how salty it is.  Awful and will not buy again.

I normally only buy this brand of corned beef brisket to make. It is usually very good, with minimal fat, but this one had over 1 lb of fat on a 3 lb brisket. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. If I wasn't going to make it the day I bought it, I would have brought it back, but I had to cook it that night.  Fortunately, one person was a no show for dinner, so we had enough, but it was disappointing to say the least. I will try buying another one, but if it is like this last one, I will be bringing it back for a refund.

Normally Good,This Brisket Left Alot To Be Desired

So glad I found these at Sam's. Normally I would purchase this at my local grocery store but for some reason they have been out lately. I started thinking outside of the box and took a chance at Sam's Club in desperation to find it for one of my two times a year this is a required item for special meals. What luck it finding it here! They were nice cuts of meat with just the right amount of fat without being overly fatty so it gave my dish a nice rich flavor. I will now make this my first stop when I look for corned beef in the future.
