I’ve made this corned beef brisket before. This was the worst cut I have ever had. It was 90% fat and even after cutting off as much as possible on the top, bottom and an inch strip of fat in the middle, we still couldn’t get all of the fat throughout it. Now our tummies are paying the price and the rest will be in the trash!
