This cooked really well and had a really good flavor but I cooked it on my member mark wood pellet grill

This is the first time I have bought Member Mark corned beef. It was excellent. Not too salty, very tasty, and minimal fat.

Cooked it in my Instant Pot and it came out perfectly in a couple of hours. We made Reuben's and it was falling apart tender with negligible fat.

This was a really nice flat cut portion... very meaty with less fat than point cut and it was quite tasty.

I love my Corned Beef when I precook in my SouVide then toss on the grill to caramelize the fat. That gives it that extra flavor I love.

I made this for St Patrick's day dinner. I put it in the crock pot. It was very yummy. I even shared with my neighbor.

Always buy MM corned beef, 1st time disappointed. Took way too long to cook and never got really tender.

I'm the only one in the house that likes corned beef. Tired of deli prices. Smaller cuts are perfect for me.
