Had absolutely no taste. The first time I had to use salt on a corned beef.

Prepared in Instant Pot, and this brisket came out perfectly tender and moist!

Bought this 2 times recently and both times after cooking there is no taste.

This was a really nice flat cut portion... very meaty with less fat than point cut and it was quite tasty.
