WHAT HAPPENED?

These used to really good and economical. But now they are a waste of valuable room in my bathroom cabinet. For some unknown reason(s) somebody changed: * the softness of the material * the cut/configuration of the entire brief * the butt cuppage * the stretchability * the positioning and capacity of the pad * the comfortability. And, as a result I am now sitting on my sofa in a brief that is: * crawling up my butt (talk about being uncomfortable!) * wet with sweat * wet with peepee * is costing me more because each brief lasts a shorter length of time and requires more changes per day.They

Worthless

Have been buying Members Mark Underwear for my mom for a number of years. Was very happy with product. Did it’s job of keeping her dry. Just bought my first package of the new Members Mark Underwear. They are worthless!!! She is completely wet within a hour. Very poor fit. Will not be buying these again.

Just increase the price

I am really disappointed in the change of this product. These diapers are poorly made and have poor absorption compared to the ones we have I been buying for years. Have you no mercy on caregivers? The leaking, the frequent changes and more importantly the skin integrity of the patient. Just increase the price instead of making an inferior product.

Verified Purchase

Briefs were marked wrong

I purchased these in extra large (at least the was what the box said). When I opened the box they large. They were smaller than an extra large because they were tight. The previous box was the same way and I just thought he picked up the wrong size. From now on I will purchase them at the store and make someone who works there before I make the purchase.

Member's mark total protection underwear xl. Why would you change a product that worked? From My perspective it was a product that you had difficulty keeping in stock. So obviously it was a good selling product. The new members mark xl disposable underwear are now too small and is not absorbent at all. Cheaply and poorly redesigned. It is a real shame when something that worked was changed to save money producing. I am sure it will be a major money loss for Sam's club in the long term. I will gladly pay more money for the assurance of a total protection underwear. Tena will be my go to for Positive Total Protection Disposable Underwear.

Not liking the new sizing

I have always bought the Member's Mark for my 91 year old mother. The size use to be S-M. They were easy for her to put on herself. I bought a medium and she struggles to pull them up. They are quite a bit smaller then the old ones. They look really small. I truly don't think they would fit a person the size they say they would. Why do companies always change things.

Important READ

I have been using these XL for about 5 years or more. At first I thought they worked excellent, but as time went on they started leaking down both the insides of my legs. I kept wearing them even though they barely fit me.. I went from 280 lbd to 362 lbs over time and decided to try XXL. They worked much better but were kinda big (Stretchy) Since then I have lost 60 lbs 305 now, and while they fit good, still leak down insides of legs. MY ASSESSMENT AFTER YEARS: When you gain a bunch of weight, it makes it very hard for them to fit in all areas of your body. I do believe as I lose the next 60 lbs ( on mounjaro for diabetes) they will work perfectly as they once did before all the weight gain. At one point I was 240 lbs and they fit right between my legs and did not leak!! ALL THE WEIGHT GAIN, CANT BLAME THE PRODUCT!!! :O)

Poor excuse for an "upgrade"

Having purchased Member's Mark Disposable Underwear for several years for an older female family member, the old product was thick, absorbent, fit correctly, and "did the job". While the new product may look more like Women's underwear, looks are deceiving. The new product does not fit the same (way too small), are neither thick nor absorbent, and DO NOT "do the job". The "upgrades" are not upgrades: they're simply a manufacturer's way of attempting to save money in production. Sam's Club members deserve better, so please return to the previous product because, from other reviews, the new ones are clearly unsatisfactory.

leaks! terrible.

Not as thick nor as absorbent as the Total Protection underwear it replaces. I tried “going up a size “ as they suggested, but it doesn’t help. It’s just not as absorbent! Very dissatisfied with this product. Please bring back the Total Protection

members mark women's protective underwear

I am very dissatisfied with the new product. The large is NOT a true "large" size. It seems like it should be labeled as a "medium" with the way it fits. The absorbency is terrible as they do not absorb so well as the older version and requires more changes, which is most likely why this change to the original version was made. Use more, buy ore. I am very dissatisfied with your new product.
