[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these incontinence underwear for my mom who I take care of and because she's not able to alway reach the restroom I use these I have found these to be great because they fit snug and do not leave marks, they are comfortable and easily moveable .they are not thick so they do not cause sweat and moisture .and they keep her from leaking or making messes at night.

I found that the XXL women size worked great for me. I was really impressed with the absorbency of the underwear and how the underwear stayed dry the entire time. The underwear was not bulky at all. I thought that the Member's Mark incontinence underwear actually felt very similar to actual underwear. They are really totally awesome for the real world.
