This protective underwear is great for that. They feel just like regular cotton underwear. They don’t bunch up and they are super convenient. My Mom said they would be great for someone who goes on a long road trip and has bladder issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] fit great. they dont feel much different than regular underwear. but they have that added security for a peace of mind. with allergies and constant coughing/sneezing, there have been a lot more "accidents" - now there's no worry, especially if out in public. the underwear is super absorbent.

I can wear them through the night and have no issues with leakage. During the day they keep me dry too and no odor. No one knows that I am wearing them but me. I do not know what I would do without these. No other brand has worked as well as Members Mark brand.

So I'm not saying that they're terrible. My Dad is just accustomed to using very high end products and these are certainly NOT that. I will most likely use them at night or when he isn't going anywhere. He is very prideful and these are VERY bulky. Okay to use at home, but I would NEVER take my Dad out in them.
