This protective underwear is great for that. They feel just like regular cotton underwear. They don’t bunch up and they are super convenient. My Mom said they would be great for someone who goes on a long road trip and has bladder issues.

They have not caused any irritation. There is something in incontinence pads that cause yeast like infections when I wear them. Will be buying these in the near future.

My son wears men sizes now and he has had some incontinence for a couple of years now. I am so glad we have these for protection during the night. They hold up so well and there is no leakage. Such great Protection, I have had no issues with leaking. Soft comfortable. Very very absorbent in keeping me dry. Also I love the fact that they Protect against the unwanted urine smell. These Total Protection Underwear have a topsheet , and are Hypoallergenic . For someone allergic to many things this also is a plus. This is a great value. I can wear them through the night and have no issues with leakage. During the day they keep me dry too and no odor. No one knows that I am wearing them but me. I do not know what I would do without these. No other brand has worked as well as Members Mark brand.
