Such great Protection, I have had no issues with leaking. Soft comfortable. Very very absorbent in keeping me dry. Also I love the fact that they Protect against the unwanted urine smell. These Total Protection Underwear have a topsheet , and are Hypoallergenic . For someone allergic to many things this also is a plus. This is a great value. I definitely will continue to purchase the Members Mark Total Protection Underwear.

My son wears men sizes now and he has had some incontinence for a couple of years now. I am so glad we have these for protection during the night. They hold up so well and there is no leakage.
