It is impossible to use period underwear because they don't make it in a big enough size. I am a size 26 pants and XXL fits me well. They didn't leak and felt just like underpants.

When it started I could wear liners but after awhile I need something more absorbent. These total protection underwear really do a great job at keeping you comfortable and dry. They dont make your clothes look bulky and the elastic leg opening make the perfect fit.
