The package comes with a very good sizing guide. I did not follow the sizing guide so I got the wrong size. Even though they are too big they are still very comfortable and still did the job.

The Ruffles Between The Brief On The Leak Guards Arent All That Comfortable After A Long Time. The White Color Needs To Be Something Different Like A Grey Or Black. Members Mark holds up to the test for sure. Absorbent, easy to put on and remove. Doesn't bunch up. Big on fit so go down on size. Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you need this type of product you worry about so many things, will they fit, will they be comfortable, will they be absorb as they should, will they smell till I can change them, will they leak, will they show, will they irritate my skin or my loved ones skin, will they clump in awkward places. I have to say the the Member's Mark Total Protection - Member's Mark Total Protection Incontinence Underwear for Men and Women, XXL worked really well overall for everything for my household for my elderly father. The sizing was close to target, but ran a bit tight in the legs, that is why I didn't give it a 5/5 stars, if I could have given a 4+, I would have given that score.

Go on easy and stay in place. They mention that the material seems softer than other brands we have tried. Sizing runs a little bigger, but hasn't been an issue for the wearer.

Also the back seems so little but if I face to front it seems soo huge! I did have San accident while wearing these. Don’t know if it’s due to my not knowing or if they are to blame for not having marked.

This product feels more like regular underwear and it less bulky than other incontinence diapers. This product is less obvious to see under your clothing than most. The leg elastic has a more snug fit to feel safer. If you have to use them this is a better product than most that we have tried.
