Have never tried the Tena brand that the review under this talks about, but Member's Mark brand is SO much better than Always brand. Better fit, lasting elasticity, more absorbent, less odor, etc...they're just the better choice. And oh, the price!? Unbelievable...more affordable than Always as well! I had ordered MM from SAM'S to be shipped. Ran out before they arrived %26 was forced to buy another brand (Always). When the shipment arrived I immediately ripped open the box %26 changed. NEVER change how they're made...They're perfect!!

Too big, I use Member Mark XL Wens & you're always out of stock. It's very frustrating.

Thiner than thinnest regular pads. Sides tear .Pkg says 250 lbs+ must mean not ov3r 251 lbs. Don't waste your money!

They sag about five inches when you need to adjust them to where they should be truly positioned. The liner is thick and can keep you drier. The 2xl fit well around the hips. However, when I needed to pull them up completely, my rear end was partially exposed.
