[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These underwear were surprisingly comfortable. I was expecting bulky, but they are more or less like regular underwear. I would have preferred the sides to be a bit higher; that took a bit of getting used to, but once I did, I forgot there were on. And they hold a lot of liquid. I was glad I had them on when I could not get to the bathroom soon enough. No leaks or spills.

Also the back seems so little but if I face to front it seems soo huge! I did have San accident while wearing these. Don’t know if it’s due to my not knowing or if they are to blame for not having marked.

For being and adult diaper they should at least protect you from getting wet, but the don’t. I even put an overnight pad in them, and they just don’t do the job.
