I am a homeowner with 9000 sq ft of concrete, rural property, with big driveway. In addition, I have a large garage, with 1100 sq ft of concrete and a boat garage with 1800 sq ft of concrete. I clean all a couple of times a year and this machine powers my BE 24" Whirl-A-Way easily, gets the job done fast.

I bought this machine a week ago because it was rated high for all categories. I got the machine and hooked it up……chemical injector doesn’t work the black valve cap on the regulator keeps popping off and the machine hydro locked on me. Horrible investment. Don’t waste your time or money

This machine is a combination of great parts and built well. First off, a Honda Engine. Can’t beat that. Then a ASA triplex pump. Also top notch. Built on a solid frame. This machine cuts off the dirt and mold very easily. Instructions are clear and plentiful. Recommended

Purchased the pressure washer with an additional (2) 100’ lines and the pressure regulator. Super simple to put together and use. Definitely awesome to have the pressure regulator when you have this much pressure. Allows for peace of mind when washing company vehicles. The pressure washer is a beast and is surprisingly fairly quiet compared to other pressure washers. Can’t wait to see what else it can handle!

Bought my Simpson not too long ago and the first thing I noticed was how the unit appeared and its durability. Strong structurally for an entry residential/small commercial unit. The detached handle is an AWESOME feature that allows me to put my power washer into my trunk. The weight distribution is also a strong advantage compared to its sister model, which weighs over 120+ Ibs. This unit is light (70-78Ibs) and easy to handle for a solo operator. Without the detachable handle and the weight distribution, I would not have bought this unit or recommended it. Nothing but good things to say so far.

Unboxing and setup were very easy. Less than 30 min later I was putting it to good use. I like the low profile and how the different nozzles are securely held in place. My first big job was cleaning the aggregate near my pool. Pressure was really good and a full tank lasts a long time. Very happy with my purchase so far.

I have used my machine very few times, and the pump has broken down. I took it to an authorized service center, but they claimed that the warranty does not cover it—even though the pump itself comes with a five-year warranty. I am still waiting for a response, and they have not contacted me.

I owned and used both electric and gas pressure washers. The electric units I've used cut in and out while pressure washing and just don't have the power of gas engines. The Simpson PowerShot PS3228-S outshines even the other gas pressure washers I've used. The Honda engine and AAA pump provide consistent power while remaining relatively quiet. I highly recommend the PowerShot PS3228-S.

The power washer came very well packed. It was very easy to put together. The instructions were straight forward. I also liked the QR codes on the machine and on the various paper inserts that took me to Youtube videos. The oil being included in the bundle made it easy to get everything set up. I appreciate the opportunity to provide this review and receive a free high-reach 2nd story nozzle set. I have also ordered the required pieces to add quick connects at all connection points. Everything has been great thus far. All of the instructions were very easy to follow in putting the pressure washer together and getting it ready for first use. After following all of the instructions, and starting the pressure washer up, I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was and smooth running.
