I did a lot of research before purchasing this machine and did a lot of reading the reviews before deciding to purchase it I hope it turns out to be a good purchase their are some issues though. I was convinced that I wanted the Honda engine and triple action pump so that's what I bought it was pricey. That all being said here's issues I had so far .Number 1 issue was the handle holes were off 3/8 of a inch I shortened the handle by 3/8 of inch that fixed that issue next the tires were flat I aired them up one held air just fine but the other was flat over night so I called support and they sent me a new wheel assembly that was a good experience.I don't like the hose set up it came with it needs to have quick coupler 's on both ends of hose that would certainly help with getting the hose back on the storage rack.lastly I've only used it once Engine wants to surge and back fires not sure what's going on there looking for trouble shooting info.Will probley be contacting support.

I unpacked the machine, filled the oil reservoir, started on first pull ! Wand was very professional in its operation, the wheels moved along very smoothly. The gas tank cap was easy to open and close. The throttle adjusted up and down in case you were washing a softer product. Great machine !

I've gotten to use this twice and I'm impressed with the power and ease of start up. Literally, one pull, and it fires to life. When it does, it's loud. Wear ear protection. Lastly-When I unpacked the pressure washer, at the bottom of the box, was a nut and bolt. It was just randomly there. There's no indication in the manual about this, I'm hopeful that it was just accidentally included?? Simpson, reach out to help ease my concern.

Got the pressure washer out of the box. Added the oil, fresh non ethanol gas. And was able to get it started right up after reading the “novel” owners manual. Also, bought the pump saver for when I’m done using this awesome machine. So excited and happy about this purchase (as of right now).

I bought this pressure washer this morning and was going to give it time to write a review BUT, I don’t need to wait. I used it for 7 hours straight today with the only breaks being refilling with gas. This thing is an absolute beast!! Assembly was minimal, fill up with oil and gas, second pull on the rope and it was purring. Excellent tip selection and the soap dispenser works great. Couldn’t be happier. Great pressure for stubborn paint removal. For the price it’s a no brainer. If your thinking about it just buy it, it’s well worth the money and you won’t be disappointed.

I bought this a couple weeks ago to replace my broken unit for home/farm use. Great performance without breaking the bank! Easy to operate and small enough to load up in the side by side and transport around the homestead. Love the actual pump versus the lower unit style pumps that fail after a couple of seasons.

Bought yesterday used this morning. Easy to assemble , started up quick and has great pressure for what i need it to do . And the price was right . Hopefully this will last a long time in my box of tools . Owning a painting company a pressure washer is a must have .

I like the residential pump and Honda brand engine was the deciding factor for me to buy. I need the powerful cleaning to was my concrete floor and RV cleaning. Removes dirt with easy. Appreciate the hose connection; it’s tightly seal. Overall beats the three electric washer I wasted the money on

We live in a forested area. Our front porch, siding, storm doors, garages/outbuildings and roof get moss build up without regular maintenance. We were scrubbing with a bucket and a heavy duty push broom. Back Breaking!!! Not to mention up and down/moving ladders. So time consuming and strenuous. This power washer has been a dream to use and makes projects easy to complete. The vehicles will be next, along with the lawn mower, iron pedestal fixtures, lawn furniture etc. Our place looks great in half the time and effort. Wish we had purchased years ago.
