Great machine for use with a 20" surface cleaner. Starts easily and has plenty of power. Might have a 2nd qt of motor 10w-30 oil to fill the machine from what is included. 1qt barely fills the engine with 1.2 qt capacity. Also, oil drain opening in frame could have been lined up better for servicing.

The good, already assembled except handle that is 2 screws with turn knobs for easy assemble/disassemble. Oil capacity was not correct in the manual (might have oil from manufacturer test) so add and check dipstick as you fill with oil. Started on very on first pull, super easy/light pull to start. works perfectly as advertised, I plan on having and using this pressure washer for 20 years... it cost a little more than the box store ones but it has the superior motor and pump setup for long-term use. Very happy with the purchase! Only thing I would change is the length of the handle... They designed it to be compact for putting in a truck or under work benches... extension tubes would have been a nice option to let us decide on the height. kind of difficult to wheel around due to it being a short handle.

I bought this washer for residential use in the PNW where after each season, you'd have big cleaning tasks for the deck, driveway, etc. I wanted something reliable and can survive years (to be tested), so I got this one for the Honda GX engine. The starting process is easy, though I wish Simpson materials were better as I had to do some web search to get everything in order before starting the first time. Now onto the actual results. This thing is powerful and amazing. I paired it with the Simpson's 15" universal surface cleaner and it's pretty efficient and nice. Happy with the purchase, and will be looking forward to see how long it can live in the Pacific Northwest.

I ordered this for general use around my home including cleaning siding, concrete, my tractor and its equipment, plus getting river mold off of my boat. It does a great job. It was very easy to assemble and I had it ready in just a few minutes. Make no mistake. This washer is a brute!

This replaces a Generac One Wash that died after 11 years of use. I love that this one has a reliable and dependable Honda engine along with an improved Triplex pump. It started right up and works well with my 15” surface cleaner. Looking forward to using this one as much as I used the previous one.

I just bought this last week and we have already used it for multiple projects around the house, including washing all the pollen off of multiple cars and my motorcycle. It has been great at getting them all clean and road ready. I am ready to use it on other projects around my house.

Bought this to replace a belt drive that was about 15 years old, wasn’t expecting near the power that the belt drive had but this unit has surprised me. The old unit was 4000 psi 4 gpm and this one’s 4400 psi. 4gpm. I have a large patio and lots of driveway to wash and this machine pushes my 20” surface cleaner great! Very impressed

I recently purchased the Simpson PS3228-S 3300 PSI pressure washer with the Honda GX engine and I’m honestly impressed so far. Assembly was straightforward, the machine feels extremely solid and professional, and the Honda engine started easily after setup. The 3300 PSI and 2.5 GPM combination has plenty of power for residential work. I’ve already used it for cleaning concrete, vehicles, and outdoor surfaces and it performs great. The AAA pump runs smoothly and the included accessories make it feel like a complete setup right out of the box. What I like most is that it feels like a serious machine — not a cheap lightweight pressure washer. The frame, wheels, hose connections, and overall build quality are excellent. Water pressure is strong and consistent, and the engine sounds smooth under load. Overall, this pressure washer definitely exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to homeowners or anyone needing reliable residential/commercial-grade cleaning power.

After purchasing several residential/DIY pressure washers that lasted no more than two seasons, I purchased this Simpson and could tell the difference in quality is night and day. I take care of my equipment, so I anticipate getting many years of use out of her.

I bought this to blow the dirt off of an uprooted pine tree stump that was blown over in a wind storm. It did a great job washing all the dirt away from the roots. I then used my chainsaw to cut it up. I can't wait to use it for other jobs around the house. It's very powerful. I would buy again.
