I used the unit and it operates great. There is no quick coupling on hose to unit or spray handle. The handle to pull the unit around is too low for a person to comfortably move around without constantly bending over. Overall I like the unit.

The equipment was very easy to assemble and start up. Started the second pull. Pressure is very good. Instructions are easy to follow. The various tips and explanation of each makes the work much better.

This is an excellent pressure washer and one of the best values for a pressure washer with this much power. The only reason it didn’t get five stars was because the exhaust cover was dented in upon opening.

Replacing a 20 year machine required study but finally decided onnthe best engine and pump. Simple to set up and use, starts easily, but have to comment the gun and hose are far from “professional” and both are significantly less than photos.

The machine is well built; it usually starts on the first pull; however, once you start and then stop it be sure and pull the trigger on the gun to reduce the pressure whille starting

the simpson name says it all..had another model for 8 plus years..it finally gave out..so im giving this 1 a try..great power but it takes a few pulls to get it started..so far so good though

My wife and I both have used this pressure washer and love it. It is easy to start if you pull the trigger on the wand and release the pressure. So far no problems.

So far, I've enjoyed using this pressure washer and haven't had any issues with its performance. The pressure is great and it does the work I expected it to do.

This is a very good washer made with high quality components. You can spend less at the "Big Box Stores" but will be disappointed in a few years when you need to replace it or find out it is costly to repair.

I have been using this power washer for over a month now and it has been an excellent addition to my equipment. Performs as expected. To prevent back pressure on the pump, pull the trigger while starting the engine.
