Limited use (6-7 hours), but so far, I am very impressed. Extremely well built and solid! Starts on the first pull every time (so far). As for performance, it is a beast! If you weigh less than 180 pounds, beware. This thing will lift you off of the ground! I bought the Simpson 20” surface cleaner too, and it is fantastic. I wish I had bought this long ago.

When I assembled the unit, to use it, there was issue with one of the connections that prevented me from connecting the wand hose to the pump. Upon calling customer support, I was sent a kit of various fittings and gaskets. Fortunately, I am mechanically inclined and had the proper tools to make the repair. Although my new power washer had to sit for two weeks awaiting parts. Also, one thing was disappointing when I did make the repair, is the wand hose is not as long as I like it which I most likely will be purchasing a longer wand hose. Other than those two issues the unit worked fine.

I have used both the 3500PSI and the 4000PSI Units for Residential and Commercial cleanings with my last Job and am finally delighted that I have my own to use for all the future Jobs in sure to aquire! Shall pay for itself rapidly I'm sure! Well rounded Machine for sure!

I wanted a triplex valve and Honda engine and lower price. This fit the bill and it worked flawlessly. It was well packed upon shipment and easy to assemble. My first project was to pressure wash the vinyl siding on my house. It started easily and ran great throughout the job.

I made this purchase a little over a month ago and gave it a good workout for about 4 straight hours with no issues I have had several different brands before and they have not lasted but a year or two this washer is easy to start and I love the pressure regulator to be able to adjust the pressure anyone who buys one will think the same.

I have had this pressure washer for about 3 weeks now and put it to work right out of the box and all I can say is wow, it performs above my expectations. It starts good usually 1 pull and I truthfully can not come up with any complaints as of yet. The pressure is great, I use it with a sand blast attachment and again no complaints. I recommend this pressure washer!!!

This machine is more expensive than the one it replaces but has some better features like a chrome or maybe it's SS gas cap. My old machine had a cheap carbon steel one that rusted very soon after purchase. This one runs well I just hope the pump doesn't explode like my last one.

Appears to be a well constructed piece of equipment of good quality. It has a Honda engine that I have great success with on other power equipment. It is very stylish and the color (basic black with silver accent) compliments my other equipment . I hope this helps those considering a power washer..

I bought this in May, set it up, and put off using it until Saturday (July) out of intimidation. It started right up and was extremely effective cleaning the garage floor. I bought a house on February and have been working to remove the former owner. This pressure washer got the deep stains on the floor but I’m still working on the oil stains. I also used it to spray spider webs from under the balcony. The low profile makes it easy to store. It’s pricey but I bought it for the Honda engine.

The Simpson PS60843 is a great machine I couldn't be happier with it, our building exterior has never looked better. The first two days we had it we ran it 8+ hr non stop and not a is single problem. The PW is quiet and has plenty of power, the 4400 PSI is great. We rented a sidewalk attachment to see if it was worth the cost and it was a great time saver and we will buy one in the next few months. If i have any complaint it is the two feet at the back of the cart they are wearing down quite fast.. The vibration of the unit on ruff concrete is no match for the hard rubber but I don't know what you could put their instead that wouldn't leave a mark on your sidewalks. all in all I love it and am very happy with it.
