I bought this pressure washer as a starter unit for my pressure washer business. This pressure washer is very powerful. The hose is very well made however it is quite difficult to handle since it is steel braided. The Wand is of top quality. When it comes to starting, the motor starts almost instantly and it can hold a high rev for a very long period of time.

This is the 4th pressure washer I have owned over the last 20 years. It is so much better than every previous one I have had. The design of it is perfect - Because of the way it is structured, it is easy to connect to the hose, everything is laid out perfectly - I commented to my wife that it must have been designed by someone who has actually used a pressure washer. It starts on the first pull for me! I love it.

I had the machine delivered, well built. When I read the manual said I needed the carb modified to run at high altitude. Called the support line, thought they would send out the fuel jet and I would put it in. Nope, had to pack it up, bring it to a dealer, probably wait two weeks, the dealer would probably charge me....no....I packed it up and returned it. Went to Harbor Freight and got the Predator which comes with 3 fuel jets that you can put in depending on your altitude. If you live at sea level, the Simpson looks like a great machine.

I’ve been pressure washing houses for about 10 yrs. This is the best washer I have bought. It also comes at a good price. I have had no problem with the Simpson motor. I couldn’t pay for the overpriced Honda motor. From my experience Honda makes a good motor but the pressure washer usually wears out before any motor I’ve ever had. This washer has so much power it is hard to hold onto if you have it at full psi. It does adjust, but does not have a gauge. I just bought a new gauge to see how much power it actually has with my 150 ft hose. Great product, easy to start.

I have used this pressure washer only a couple of times and both times it exceeded my expectations in cleaning both with my disc and the15 degree tip. It's performance equates to (5 stars) however I deducted one star for difficulty in relocating the unit. The handle is too low and too short. When pulling the unit it would hit my feet and trying to push it I am bent over in an uncomfortable position. I would prefer it being equipped with a fold-down handle that I could lift up to relocate it. I am an older guy and this may be of no concern to younger operators, but a big issue with me.

I have only had this machine for 2 weeks. Used it 3 times and has worked great. In the instructions it says to be careful of the muffler . They say it gets hot and don't touch it. It is close to the pull cord and you may have an inkling to put your hand on it while pulling it. PAINT THE COVER TO THE MUFFLER RED GUYS !!! That would help. Safety first. It is so easy to want to put your hand on the muffler cover when restarting this machine.

Fantastic pressure washer, only problem is that the needle/seat doesn't seal so it drains the tank into the cylinder and I had to remove the plug and pull the rope to get all the gas out then from that point on I have to close the fuel shut-off valve every time I stop the engine.

This is the second power washer I have owned. The first (a different brand) died after one day of use! This simpson is way better built. The Honda engine starts on the first pull. The power of the washer is incredible. I hope I holds up under use.

I bought this a few weeks ago and my husband has already used it on our: metal security patio door; House; concrete patio, porch steps, and sidewalks; and brick patio. Everything looks so clean! This is a great item to have to use for all outside cleaning jobs.

Limited use (6-7 hours), but so far, I am very impressed. Extremely well built and solid! Starts on the first pull every time (so far). As for performance, it is a beast! If you weigh less than 180 pounds, beware. This thing will lift you off of the ground! I bought the Simpson 20” surface cleaner too, and it is fantastic. I wish I had bought this long ago.
