I probably only have 20 hours on this machine, but it was worked flawlessly and has tackled everything I've thrown at it - siding, concrete, marine, and auto. The quick change fittings are easy to use and prefer them to any kind of rotating "select-o-stream" wand. Its a compact powerhouse with a good pump... Im expecting many years of service from it. My only complaint is that it does not have a detergent reservoir incorporated into its design.

I bought this machine just under a month ago and I could have not been any more impressed. My machine did come with two scratches one on the pump and the other by the pump oil cap but not a big deal (probably just from shipping). I have used it twice already probably running about 5 hours total. Had the pressure gauge set in the middle and the throttle only up to half way just to ensure break in period was smooth and even with that it was more than capable with what I needed it to do. The wand and hose with the quick connects were definitely a huge upgrade and super simple. Overall I do not think anybody could go wrong with this. From the once a year user as a homeowner or even a business owner could get some serious work done with this machine.

I bought this after looking at the reviews and changed from an electric. I am more than happy with the way it starts(Honda Motor) and it delivers great pressure. I did modify the handle and extended up 12 inches so I would not have to bend over to grab the handle. I am very happy with it so far and used it for a total of about 6 hrs. so far.

Just recieved it, minor assembly which was no big deal, added the supplied oil and put it to work . Started on the first pull( every time so far) . First job was cleaning my side x side which it did a great job. I have several concrete cleaning projects on my list to do yet. This unit should handle the task with no problems.

I like this unit’s power and size. It performs flawlessly. The only issue I have is that the handle’s vibration causes a lot of rattling noises which makes you think it about to fall apart. I have tightened the handle bolts as tightly as I and my retired Marine neighbor can but it still makes the noise.

Bought this a few weeks ago. First start took a few pulls. like the low profile. So far works great, very powerful. Help me do some jobs I have been wanting to do for some time. Great thing about gas, one less cord to be concerned about, one hose connection and off you go!

So far it has been good, starts with the first pull, not too noisy, easy to change tips. the Wish the handle was higher, have to bend over to pull around. Wish the wand holder was better and wish they had made a solution(soap) tank. The hose that goes into the soap bottle gets drug around. Other then these few issues I have been very pleased with the machine.

Very good product. Performs great. Would like to see improvements with the quick start directions. Specifically with starting your pressure washer for the first time. The pump needs to be adjusted to low pressure for the engine to turn over. Took me too long to figure this out. Also, please add adjustable handle to this unit. These 2 adjustments would give it a 5 star rating!!!

This replaces a Generac One Wash that died after 11 years of use. I love that this one has a reliable and dependable Honda engine along with an improved Triplex pump. It started right up and works well with my 15” surface cleaner. Looking forward to using this one as much as I used the previous one.

This product is great for all activities around me the house, washing cars, drive ways, and even washing the house. Highly Recommend! I wish they we better about their labeling in the front it looks like duct tape on a brand new piece of equipment.
