I bought this a few weeks ago and my husband has already used it on our: metal security patio door; House; concrete patio, porch steps, and sidewalks; and brick patio. Everything looks so clean! This is a great item to have to use for all outside cleaning jobs.

I did a lot of research before buying this pressure washer. It does a great job and seems to be as sturdy a machine as advertised. I purchased a surface cleaner (not included) with the machine, that cut my work time by more than half. I am very happy with the way this machine did the job.

Plenty of power from washing the car to cleaning heavy stains on concrete. PS3228-S is easy to start, well built, triplex pump, different nozzles, soap injection and a reliable engine. The only negative feedback is the hose. I really hate the hose: its short and extremely stiff.

If your just doing dishes the 25' hose will work fine. If your going to be working around equipment or decks get a 50' hose money well spent. The Honda engine and AAA pump are delivering great performance. So far very pleased with this presser washer, and have a list of jobs for when the weather turn for the better.

The Honda engine is a good engine start on the first pull most of the time if not the second pull. The 3300 PSI pump works well. In a thermal valve is a good addition so if it gets hot and lets the hot water out so you don't wreck your pump. The machine is short and compact so it'll fit inside the back of a Jeep or any small SUV with ease. My only complaint is the length of the wond, needs to be longer so I'll purchase that separately. I have had other pressure washers and this one puts them all down. When I received it, it was in perfect condition and needed very little assembly. I added gas and with one pull, it started right up and worked great. I have used it several times since then and have had no problems. I did order an extension hose as the 25' hose that came with it was a little short for what I do. I'm very happy with this machine.

So far I had the power washer for approximately two weeks. It works great! I did all around the house and it made it look like new. One day we were Bar-B-Qing and some grease got on my porch. The best day I pulled out the power washer and it came off. It’s easy to set up and use, even on small jobs.

I’m having a great experience with my new Simpson. Easy to start and plenty of power for general pressure washing and my surface cleaner. Only one small problem that was easy to fix with the friendly help of customer service. The throttle was very tight but loosened up with a tweek of the nut that secures the throttle arm to the engine. Easy to locate between the air cleaner and exhaust right next to the spark plug. Highly recommend this unit.

I bought this to drive a General Pump Hammerhead 20" surface cleaner. That think was floatin' like a hovercraft. If you need the pressure and can afford it, get the Honda. I never cranked it that it didn't start on the first pull INCLUDING the very first start.

Since purchasing this pressure washer approx. one month ago, I have used it 4 times. Of course the Honda engine started after 3 pulls and runs flawlessly. Just as you would expect from a Honda engine. The washer provides plenty of pressure with minimum vibration and no issues, what so ever. Totally satisfied thus far.
