I bought this unit after reading positive reviews and its compact design was also a selling point. I have used it four times so far and I am satisfied with the purchase. The Honda engine is easy to start and this model has power. The throttle on this unit can be adjusted to suit the need of the project. The extension wand was too short for comfort so a replacement was bought after the first use on the concrete driveway. Overall, I am a satisfied customer of this unit.

I bought this a week ago and it is performing as expected. I am looking forward to see the longevity and issues with the product. For now, the only issue is the oil container. You need a funnel to put in so it doesn't spill. You would think they would have figured it out by now how to make it easy, and the fuel gauge is hard to read (should be marked).

I will start that I have looked at buying a pressure washer for over a month. I have looked at and read reviews on just about everything out there. Then I became familiar with the capability of the different psi’s. 2800 psi seems to be most common however after using one it was very much underpowered even for home use. There is quite a price jump in washers say 3000 psi and up. After seeing a hand full of reconditioned washers in the store I was even more apprehensive one picking a brand. I knew I wanted a 3000 psi or higher. On this pressure washer a Simpson 4400 psi for the price was a steal. The reviews were not so impressive. After reading over 50 reviews I made my choice to give this a shoot. The thing that stood out more then the problems people were reporting was the high level of customer service Simpson offered to have repairs made. Anything with an engine will breakdown and have good customer service makes all the difference. I have not had any problems with this pressure washer as of yet. I have put about 40 hours on it so far. I can say I have gotten my money out of it already so I’m rather pleased.

I bought this to replace my old power washer of many years and I wish I would have traded up sooner. This unit starts perfectly and everything works perfectly. The only problem for me is that I am in my sixties and the unit is very powerful, to help with this I bought the extra handle grip to use and being able to use two hands makes it a lot better.

Delivery company arrived and carton was upside down. After previous posts viewed expected the worst. Not the problem. Packed well and no leaked oil or broken/damaged parts. Assembled and started in about 1/2 hour with no effort. Everything worked properly. Unit is small so it does walk a bit, but is easy to move. Wand works as should with no leaks, but it would be nice to have a 40 or 50 foot hose. Replaced a commercial unit and have not given a complete workout yet. Appears to be a quality unit and should do fine for my needs.

I purchased this unit recently and used it for a couple days. It is very powerful and exceeded my expectations. The engine started with a couple pulls and I had no operational issues. The hose is very heavy duty but is somewhat cumbersome to use. The wand was great and nozzles met my expectations. The one area of improvement could be the hose.

Honda GX200 engine is perfect for any residential cleaning effort. Starts on a single pull whether cold or warm. Fuel efficient. Recommend to use 90+ octane, non-ethanol fuel. AAA pump is strong. Catches prime quickly and never struggles to deliver pressure. Frame has low vibration with sturdy rubber feet, doesn't "walk". Only improvement could be to provide a 31" wand vs. the included 16" wand.

I’ve had this unit for 2 months now and used it to fully power wash an entire deck, the side and back of my house, my back steps (25 cement steps), two vehicles, two driveways and two sets of sidewalks. This unit performs PERFECTLY!!! Lots of POWER!!! One problem I had, is that the wand stopped working. It would not spray water at all. So I called Customer Service, and the representative apologized for the failure, and after looking up my order, promptly setup for a replacement to be sent to me! AWESOME SERVICE!!! Thank you!!!

This is only review but the pressure washer is much better than the previous system that I owned. Plenty of power a bit awkward to move around. They might as well put a third wheel in the back or four wheels but this thing will clean anything. Oh yes, and I wish it was just a Key start for that amount of money it should be.

Glad I got this with the Honda power. It came with a bottle of oil but not enough to fill crankcase. I had to add a few oz of my Mobil 1 to top it off. Not a big deal since that's what I use in my Kohler powered zero turn. Just thought it was odd that Simpson doesn't send enough oil with a new unit. That said, it fired right up on the 1st pull. Plenty of power. After about 40 minutes, I had to give my arm a rest. I think I'll be happy with it, but it's really too soon to tell.
