I bought it a month ago and so far have used it on concrete driveway and pool deck. It works great, especially with the turbo nozzle (purchased separately.) The Honda engine starts easily and runs smoothly. My only complaint is with the awkwardness of storage for the high pressure hose and spray wand. I find it easier to just remove the high pressure hose for storage, but I think I can come up with a modification to solve the problem. I can't imagine the more expensive ones being much more effective.

Took a little getting used to the throttle adjustment but what an awesome washer! A big step up from my homelite 2700. Also bought a yamaha 15" surface cleaner for the driveway and couldn't believe how fast I could clean!! Perfect pressure washer for the price, couldn't be happier!!

When I assembled the unit, to use it, there was issue with one of the connections that prevented me from connecting the wand hose to the pump. Upon calling customer support, I was sent a kit of various fittings and gaskets. Fortunately, I am mechanically inclined and had the proper tools to make the repair. Although my new power washer had to sit for two weeks awaiting parts. Also, one thing was disappointing when I did make the repair, is the wand hose is not as long as I like it which I most likely will be purchasing a longer wand hose. Other than those two issues the unit worked fine.

I wanted a triplex valve and Honda engine and lower price. This fit the bill and it worked flawlessly. It was well packed upon shipment and easy to assemble. My first project was to pressure wash the vinyl siding on my house. It started easily and ran great throughout the job.

I’ve had my Simpson pressure washer a few weeks now and I have to say, it’s one great machine. I’ve used it on my house and driveway and then took care of the three elderly ladies drives that live by me. The pressure washer has great output and is much easier to move around my yard than some of the other machines I’ve had in the past. Honda motors are a great choice as they are easy to work on when needed and the Simpson pump has always been one of the best. Look forward to Father’s Day weekend to put it back to work on the outside of my shop.

Great piece of equipment but it took a lot of patience working with manufacturer to get missing connection. The output hose connection did not match the 22mm pressure hose it was shipped with. However once all parts delivered it is easy to start and has the power i was looking for. Good solid piece of equipment.

I bought my pressure washer about a month ago, and so far couldn't be happier. It starts easily and runs great. It has enough power that I was able to get old oil stains out of my driveway which I thought would be there forever. I've also used it to clean the siding of my house and it does a fantastic job. Well worth the money.

I ordered the Powershot 3,300 PSI unit online. When delivered the box was not properly secured and the oil for the engine fell out as it was being unloaded. After unboxing I noticed the Pressure control valve was bent. Sent an email and called to get a replacement. Continuing to run through the setup checklist I could not get the throttle lever to move. Eventually found the nut holding the throttle assembly was so tight nothing would move. I loosened the nut and got the assembly to move. Once the new Pressure Control Valve arrived, I replaced it and tried the unit out. The initial start-up was easy and when warmed up the unit starts each time with one pull. I put about four hours on the unit over two days and found it very capable of cleaning the house, a plastic shed, and concrete walks. The unit is compact enough that I can load it in a wagon for easy transport, even leaving it in the wagon while operating.

I purchased this pressure washer to replace an older one that broke down after ten years. It's slightly more powerful than my older one; very easy to start, one or two pulls. The only issue I have is with the gun. It looks cheaply made. It broke after about a month in which I used it four times. I've been using my old gun even though Simpson sent me a new one.

Very pleased with the washer overall, however, the design on the transport handle is terrible, unless you're a hobbit. The thing is short, really short. Would've made more sense to put it on the wheel side to allow the use of leverage. Also, the wand storage point is useless and the hose storage needs a bungee to make it work.
