Overall, I'm happy with the system, but I had a camera go bad within the warranty period (moisture inside the camera) and I can't get tech support to respond to my issue. Based on that, I will probably have to take the entire system off of my house to return it directly to Sams club. I would not recommend buying anything manufactured by Swann

Simple set up to get you going and has so many settings that you can change if you wish. Great image quality.

Easy to set up. Cameras appeared on monitor within minutes of powering up. Images are crystal clear.

Had this for a year. Never worked correctly. Zero support

I'm enjoying this. Thankyou for helping me with this.

Easy to install. Good picture great sound. Thank you Swann

User friendly with support service desk

Easy to navigate. Great product. Love our security system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an interesting purchase! I wanted to get a security system that would be easy to set up myself. I bit off more than I could chew. The system is great for a smaller home without a lot of exits. The flashing lights is a nice feature but probably a bit much for my neighborhood. It's a great value just not what I was expecting.
