It’s ok

The machine is quiet for the most part. It dispenses water slow. You have to remove the entire water cap in order for the pump to connect with the jug. I don’t like that. It is not worth $160. Just sign up for a water company and use their dispenser.

Horrible item and services

So I bought the first dispenser and upon arrival we hooked it up but it just poured out water even without pushing buttons. We called Sam's horrible experience with 'system down' excuses so they can't replace. They processed a return but money won't be refunded till they pick up which they took their sweet time. I decided not to wait I just bought a 2nd one while I waited for the other to be picked up. Upon arrival the box had damage which led to dispenser having damage. Needless to say we did not bother hooking it up. Called Sam's and AGAIN they were horrible! One person said they processed the return then 2 days later I got a call that that did not go through so he was going to 'help' after putting me on hold, he came back with 'I'm sorry they're out of stock so we will process a refund. Again! 2 dispensers in the house and my money with Sam's! After days of going back and forth with one person finishing a process and then another calling with the same, I had had enough of it! Anyway they picked up finally but I'm yet to get my refund! Very disappointed!

THE DISPENSER WAS NOT FLOWING. MADE A CALL TO PRIMO NO HELP GOT MY LEAD FROM ANOTHER YOU TUBE A MAN WHO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. THE DELIVERY GUY LAID FLAT ON ITS BACK I ASK IF HE DROPPED OF COURSE HE SAID. IT NOW WORKS WELL. I WOULD RECOMMED IF THEY WOULD UPDATE THE TROUBLSHOOTING YOU TUBE

A Great Disappointment

I bought this a month ago. It leaked all over the floor. It was a reservoir lid that wasn’t fully seated and a faulty pump turn off sensor. Primo sent a second unit. The reservoir lid on that one would not stay on. The pump just kept pushing it up. I had to clean up several gallons of water. I’m waiting on a third unit. If this one has a problem, I’m taking all three back to Sams Club.

So sad it didn't work

Delivery was a day late. When it did get delivered. I brought inside let it get temp adjusted bc it was cold outside. Then opened the very poorly packed "box" I followed instructions for set up (this is not my first water dispenser) get it all set up and the hot water didn't work. Whenever I flipped the hot water switch it did nothing. So basically there was no power to the switch. Tried troubleshooting, it just wouldn't work-at all. That all being said, generally it's a decent machine. Somewhat noisy when the pump runs, but that was expected. Not too noisy tho. Water was cold and it was nice to have a room temp choice. I did like the one valve thing as opposed to 2 valves, but not a reason to choose it either way. Now, this thing is a bit heavy..I'm strong, but to have to box this back up, and have to take it to either fed ex or a local sams, it was difficult. If an item is broken upon delivery, it should be picked up or at least the offer to be picked up. Also, when I tried to do on line chat to find out what to do, there was no alternative BUT to return it. They were out of stock; so no back order, nothing offered to resolve my issue but returning it. Overall experience was a real pain in the butt.

I bought this dispenser, received one with a leak, then returned it. Received another one with a big dent. And returned it as well. Try to otder it the third time. And sams online didnt allowed me to get it. And also theu will not return my money until they receive the dispensers from free. Even though í already gave them to FedEx. Sam's has a bad returning tracking service.

Works great don't get the bad reviews

Unless they improved or something the bad reviews are wrong. No plastic taste, must be your water bottle. Quiet unless you live in a church or something. Water is not super hot or super cold like my older one but that has to do with energy savings I bet. Pumps real fast better than my top load. Looks great and does the job. I would buy this again

Awesome water cooler. Best bank for you buck.

I have only had the water cooler for 1 day, but I have to say that I am very satisfied. It is very stylish looking, super easy to setup, it seems to be built well, and I like the fact that there is only 1 spout to dispense water from. It is much better looking in person than what the listing shows. Too bad the listing lacks detailed pictures. My wife loves it being bottom fed. She was always dependent on me or one of my sons to change the bottle. She can now do it herself (super easy). Removing the cap is the hardest part. Plus, there is a lot less to go wrong when loading (speaking from experience). I was worried about noise, being a bottom fed cooler, but my old top loading cooler made far more noise from the water gurgling as you got a drink. The pump comes on as you dispense water to refill the reservoir, but it is super quiet. I don't even notice the sound it makes when cooling or heating water unless I am actively listening for it. I have not tried the self-cleaning option yet so I cannot comment on the sound it makes. I did a lot of shopping before settling on this one. Other coolers with similar features sell for double the cost, or more. I may have gone with a different brand if one had significantly better ratings, but no one unit stood out above the other. So, price played a big role in my decision. I was worried about build quality being sacrificed to lower the cost, but this unit seems to be built very well with a lot of thought put into its design. I am still al little concerned about longevity as I did read a couple of reviews stating that their unit did not last a year. I will update my feedback if anything goes wrong. At least Primo has a tech support number in case you need help. The best you can do with most other brands is take it back to where you bought it.

Pump went out immediately.

Right out of the box, it never worked right. The pump to suck up the water (since its a bottom load feeder) was not consisyently responding to the button for flow, leading to waiting long periods to get regular flow out of it. The pump also was loud, rattled and would sputter when pumping water. Only reason for two stars was good customer service. After they made me troubleshoot, they decided to send me a replacement. Currently waiting for that delivery. Hopefully that one doesnt have the same problems.

Bad taste

I purchased it because of its great features and excellent price. However I was disappointed with it since taste of water changed in the dispenser. I gave a week to see if there was any improvement but I couldn't see any change so I decided to return it.
