Wait 24hrs after standing upright. Rag wash siphon. Turn on LEDs light rocker switch on back and rocker same way the hot and cold motors all 3 switches on. The unit seemed to stall out after 24hrs. I unplugged but nope. Last effort was far rocker %234 on back corner. This activated the sanitizer for 90 minutes of ozone UV. 2 weeks and have not had a problem have not had to reset have not had a fail don't need to replug. Lesson is to clean the unit and sanitize it manually first run. 90 minutes later have a drink but not during the red light will flash on the power LED left ,nothing else . Now is sanitizing water in reservoir making noises but not loud. Unit isn't loud. Top buttons for stiff back. One spouse is odd, used to have 3. This spout has metal tip with silicone ring EZ clean pop out. EZ bottom load, spout could be more snug on neck top, no issues

I was really excited to find a water cooler that is self cleaning!! Now I don't have to worry about that anymore. All the selection come from one spigot in the middle. Another good idea to deliver clean water. I wish we could adjust the temp on the cool water. I would like it a little colder.

I have used a water cooler/dispenser by another brand for years and decided to upgrade to a bottom loader with a self clean option. Not only does this have a faster pour rate than my old one, but it is so much quieter. So far this has been a great purchase and I am extremely happy with this water dispenser. And the price can't be beat compared to other brands.

This water dispenser has already saved us money over hundreds of portable plastic bottles that end up in the trash; we now save and refill those with bottles from our Primo dispenser. The bottles of water are heavy for us oldsters, and at a full 5 gallons, you can get water everywhere when you first open them, then twist them into the machine, but it is worth it to have immediate cold, cool or hot water at our fingertips anytime we want clean water to drink or mix our favorite beverages. We also bought a bunch of insulated cups to refill, so we are saving money and getting the cleanest water at the same time. Highly recommended. When we finish the 5 gallon water, we decided to refill them with 3 gallons so no spilling and easier to carry; small problem solved!

The cooler was not my first bottom fed cooler. We had a top feed for years. i cleaned it and rinsed it exactly as laid out in the manual. When I got fed up with the cleaning, and we both got tired of wrenching our backs. I did some research and bought the precursor to this one and loved it. So when that one grew tired, I bought this one. It is a dream! The water flows quickly and doesn't leak, the buttons are smooth acting, and the cold water is icy cold. I would recommend this Primo cooler for anyone looking for a great way to get everyone drinking more water.

I was hesitant to order online but traffic was so heavy getting to the store, I gave it a try. I am kicking myself for not doing this before. The app is so easy and I love sitting in my comfortable chair and ordering exactly what I need. I plan on shouting the praises of Walmart App far and wide. I also took advantage of the half off membership and I know it will pay for itself in no time.

The water cooler is really good, however, sometimes it will leak some water out. It does that for a few minutes. I like how there’s 3 temperature settings. The night light is good feature. I won’t need to turn on my hallway light when I want to get a drink at night. Overall, it’s one of my best investments.

I really liked this water dispenser when I first got it. Looked sharp and water was nice and cold. However, about two weeks it got pretty loud when pumping the water. And to top it off, the led flickers off and on whenever you touch the unit making the tiniest vibration.

I bought this because I had enjoyed Primo cooler products in the past. I expected the same level of service I had received before. Unfortunately, I've been disappointed with this cooler. It was defective in that the cutoff out of the cooler wasn't working when I put the probe in the water bottle. This led to a gallon of water spilling over the floor before the reservoir emptied. No problem, I thought. I will just contact Primo and have them decide how to fix the problem. I bought the cooler on line. I have an online receipt, not the dated club style receipt that the Primo warranty people want. My wife has been arguing with them for several weeks about this. As of now, Primo has my money, and I have a very large and defective paper weight.

I ordered two of these PRIMO water dispensers online through Sam's Club. The first dispenser was fully functional but made a very loud buzzing sound -- far excessive of any tolerable measure. Upon further inspection, the back of the dispenser was dented in, causing a vibration of the metal. We returned the first dispenser and requested a replacement. The replacement dispenser arrived very quickly -- faster than what the initial shipping notification indicated. Unfortunately, the second dispenser did not fully function properly -- it only dispensed cold water. The buttons for the hot and room temperature water did not work. As of the date of this review, we intend to drain the machine and return the second dispenser for a full refund. We will likely explore other water dispensers from a different company, as our only two experiences were not satisfactory.
