Best purchase I've made in years. I go through a ton of water. The fridge in our new rental home didn't have the water dispenser included so I opted for this and I'm glad I did. Great price and super easy to set up and use. Nice having the self cleaning option as well. There's an LED light where the spout is. There are 3 different temperature buttons on the top. Hot is super hot and has a child proof safety button. Room temperature, and the Cold is ice cold. The bottom loading is nice as well so the water jug isn't visible and you don't have to lift 5 gallons of water to place on top. If you're in the market for one look no further, this is the unit you want.

I brought my primo about 2 months ago and I love it!!!! The water get ice cold and the hot water is piping hot perfect for my tea etc. I read reviews before I purchased my primo and I glad I can now express my review.... it's a perfect addition to my kitchen it doesn't take up a lot of space and it's convenient due to the bottom loading feature .... I recommend this product to anyone who want a convenient space saver water dispenser.... oh yea one last thing it's really quiet!!!! And I love the led light at night....

This was a Christmas gift for my son. He was totally surprised and immediately opened it and installed it. That says something for the dispenser. Easy to install, self cleaning hoses work great. Night Light and hot and cold water features add to the experience. Great looking and rather compact. It didn't take long before the water was cold, dispensed the first glass, and it tastes great. Bottoming loading saves on the back. So far so good, works and looks great.

Great dispenser at a GREAT price, although it is the older model, this model heats water nice and hot within 10 mins and chills within an hour, im assuming the heater side is a bit smaller, plus it is self cleaning (push a buttom) sanitizer! , i only wish it was touchless like the upgraded and more expensive model, which by the way, is not self sanitizing

I bought this online on Thanksgiving and got a great deal! I wanted it for a long time but didn’t wanted to pay full price, waited for it to go on sale and now that I got it I like it even more! It’s so nice to not to have to lift up the huge water bottle, just open the door, put it in and shut the door. It is also nice that you can’t see the ugly water bottle as well. I’m so happy with it!

This dispenser is easy to use and works just like the description states. It has a hot water lock to prevent accidents and water doesn’t drip after filling up a cup/mug. The cold water is colder than my refrigerator water dispenser, the hot water is HOT and the cool is a nice blended temp.

I love that this water dispenser has a self cleaning feature. I like that the water nozzle can be take out and cleaned. It has great selection for hot water, cool water and cold water. The bottom load is a life saver no lifting heavy bottles or spiling it as you try to put it on.

So far it works great. So much easier than having to lift 5gal jugs up over the top. It’s quiet and doesn’t take up to much room.

The water cooler is really good, however, sometimes it will leak some water out. It does that for a few minutes. I like how there’s 3 temperature settings. The night light is good feature. I won’t need to turn on my hallway light when I want to get a drink at night. Overall, it’s one of my best investments.

The water cooler was delivered damaged, completely banged up. I guess that’s not Sam’s fault but the delivery company’s fault. It’s still frustrating though because now I have to go through the hassle of returning it
