It was quite easy to figure out how to use. I really like that it's a bottom loader as my husband and I are elderly. I never have used the hot water on my old water cooler, but I love it on this one. Not only is it easy to use, but the water is very hot. The cold water is very cold. I can't be happier!

I was in a water club, Bottles were dirty,sometimes leaked, Dispenser broke ,one week to fix. So i did research . I like this model because it meets all my needs. BOTTOM LOAD IS FANTASTIC, pump tube goes to bottom of bottle and 1/2 cup of water is all that remains. NO MORE AWKWARD LIFTING. SELF CLEANING IS A MUST. NO MORE GREEN ALGAE . I SANITIZE EACH TIME I CHANGE BOTTLES. HOT WATER is HOT. COLD WATER IS COLD. I used the coupons and got a FREE BOTTLE OF Water from WALMART. I HAD another 5 GALLON CONTAINER and used the other COUPON to get a refill at ONE OF THERE SELF SERVE WATER DISPENSARIES. The regular price there was 2.25$ for five gallons. MUCH BETTER THAN THE 6.50$ FOR five gallons from CLUB. Purchase the service insurance so machine is covered for an extra five years.. PRIMO WEBSITE HAS LIST OF DISPENSARIES IN YOUR AREA AS WELL AS BOTTLE EXCHANGES. THAT COSTS 6.99$. IF YOU NEED OR WANT A WATER DISPENSER. THIS IS IT

When the cold water is turned on it is noisy with an aggravating buzz. When I turn it off the buzzing stops. Looks great and love the bottom loading feature, but the buzzing noise ruins it. Wondering if it’s a known issue with this particular item.

Great quality! Exactly like the pictures and descriptions. Water comes out super fast. Water is very cold and hot water is very hot, which is a plus because my last machine didnt have very cold nor hot water. Definitely recommend

Purchased this to stop using plastic water bottles. Works great, we get water that is purified 5 ways for $.15 a gallon. That is $.75 for a five gallon fill. The unit is quiet and has auto clean mode for use once a week.

So happy with this product. Have been using now for a couple weeks & my family loves it..its easy to use & even has a self cleaning feature. Love that we don't have to lift the heavy water bottles anymore to place on top of the cooler.

Glad we bought this to replace our church hallway water fountain. Especially like that I don’t have to worry about the huge water bottle being knocked over from being top heavy.

I have only had this water dispenser for a few weeks but I do love have the ease of changing the water and also the cleaning feature. The lock on hot water is great for kids.

Just set it up and love it. Works great. Only thing I would change if I could would be to have the 3 buttons light up along with the dispenser area when you turn on the light.

We had another Primo hot water/cooler, and it went out on us after 4 years. This new one seems the same, although the hot water could definitely be hotter, but overall it is a great product so far.
