Glad we bought this to replace our church hallway water fountain. Especially like that I don’t have to worry about the huge water bottle being knocked over from being top heavy.

Bought this particular brand because the other well know brand, Brio, didn't even last 3 years. Turns out they all look the same regardless of brand! Hopefully the Primo turns out to be a more reliable brand. A lot of money to spend on something that doesn't last.

Very easy to use, instructions are clear. I had it up and running in just a few minutes.

This was a Christmas gift for my son. He was totally surprised and immediately opened it and installed it. That says something for the dispenser. Easy to install, self cleaning hoses work great. Night Light and hot and cold water features add to the experience. Great looking and rather compact. It didn't take long before the water was cold, dispensed the first glass, and it tastes great. Bottoming loading saves on the back. So far so good, works and looks great.

I brought my primo about 2 months ago and I love it!!!! The water get ice cold and the hot water is piping hot perfect for my tea etc. I read reviews before I purchased my primo and I glad I can now express my review.... it's a perfect addition to my kitchen it doesn't take up a lot of space and it's convenient due to the bottom loading feature .... I recommend this product to anyone who want a convenient space saver water dispenser.... oh yea one last thing it's really quiet!!!! And I love the led light at night....

The flow pressure is low. The unit smells odd. The door and hinge and lock feels like cheap plastic. Do not recommend.

Chsnging fun 3 to 5 gallon units is difficult. Unit is cheaply made. Will be returning for better quality unit

I am very pleased with this water cooling for the price

Went to put water into the water dispenser and pressed each one of the button on top. When we got to the hot water, it would not stop flowing.

Works great! Heats and cools water on a continual basis. We have 2 of them now, one for the home and one for the garage. The self sanitizing function is very helpful so I don’t have to clean it.
